Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University, with an emphasis in Strategic HR Management.
Metropolitan State University of Denver for my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Currently, while teaching and remaining active in the professional world, I am working on my PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of the Rockies, in Denver, CO.

Experience:

I entered the HR world in 2006 and had a fantastic mentor who helped me learn the foundations of HR. I have spent most of my time serving non-profits and helping to better our communities, though I have also worked in for-profit HR environments as well. I possess the Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and the Society for Human Resources – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.

Personal Interests:

My personal interests include travel and experiencing other immersing myself in other cultures. My other interests include riding motorcycles, hiking mountains in Colorado, and cooking. I also enjoy spending quiet time at home with my cat and dog, which turns out to be not-quiet time.

International Experience:

My travels have been limited to the United States for the time being, though immersing myself in the Creole and Cajun cultures of New Orleans and Louisiana was my most interesting and beautiful of my travels.
